Is my medical data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is strictly limited to you and your doctor.

Can I get a prescription online?

Yes, when the doctor judges it medically appropriate. Controlled substances are not prescribed online.

What should I do in an emergency?

Zahra Care is not an emergency service. Always call the emergency services for a life-threatening emergency.
